The phone will be delivered to customer on the date mentioned in the invoice, however, due to some reasons, rarely, the phone delivery may be delayed. The customers are advised to confirm on phone before coming.
All repair services carry a limited warranty of 15 days except for: Liquid/water damaged phones repaired Main board/IC phones repaired As these repairs doesn’t covered under any warranty and these carry on check warranty
We do not charge any minimum charges for diagnostics or anything. Further, we do not include any hidden charges on invoices to our customers.
Liquid or water damage repairs are carried out on a “best efforts” basis. There’s possibility that original fault repaired may re-appear (Because this is an inherent limitation of repairing water damaged phones due to moisture) and in that case the phone will not carry any warranty as mentioned above under “Warranty
We will do our best to retain all data your phone has, but we cannot be held responsible for any accidental data loss, including; Music Video and Pictures Applications Contacts; and Games, etc.
We request every single customer to please take out your accessories before submitting the phone for repairs. The accessories to take out includes SIM card, Memory card and battery of the phone.
We only receive cash payments only at the time of delivery of phone. If your phone not repaired as agreed, we do not charge any fee.
We try our outmost to ensure accuracy in all that we do, but mistakes occasionally do happen. We will correct any mistakes erroneously made in bills or payments as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days of agreeing to do so.
We always try to keep our customers satisfied, and our complaint resolution system helps us to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. However, for any complaints or suggestions, please contact us either by email or on phone. Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate every detail to see what went wrong and resolve it to your satisfaction.
